St Vincent's Private Radiology Melbourne was relying on an outdated website to provide customers with critical information, and handle appointment bookings. They engaged Lekker to completely redefine the site structure, rewrite content and establish a new clear brand style for a modern audience.

The Brief

The Radiology department's website was using an outdated and very old platform tied to the corporate system. This meant that the department themselves had little control over the site and were constrained making content updates etc. As both a public serving function and revenue-generating business, the team needed a site fit for purpose to help drive their business forward.

Our Solution

Working closely with the client, we conducted a discovery workshop unearthing best practice examples from the industry, the client's wish-list, and devising a completely new information architecture. From here we commenced copywriting and concept design, before refining both for final sign-off. Development was done on WordPress and we worked closely with internal IT to host the site securely in SVHA environment.

The Outcome

The radiology department now has a site that caters to their audience's needs and is easily maintainable into the future. Presenting their brand and business in the best possible way, and driving new business opportunities.
